At Talia Handmade Accessories, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. SHIPPING POLICY

How We Do It

Most items at our online store are ready to be shipped. Processing time is 1-3days.  


Items that are marked "made-to-order" takes about 3-4 weeks to be ready to ship.


Custom Order may take 1-2 weeks or more. We recommend Brides-to-be to contact us at least 3 months before the wedding in order to enjoy the full design and customisation process. If you need your items urgently, please feel free to contact us for details. 

Your order will be shipped by Air Registered Mail through Singapore Post. A tracking number will be provided to you once it is available.

Free shipping to all local delivery and a flat rate of SGD$20 for all international delivery.


We will not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer. Kindly check that you’ve provided the correct mailing address.

INSURANCE AND CUSTOM FEES/TAXES

Insurance is not included but it may be added to your item. Please contact us for details. As we will not be responsible for lost, or damaged items due to shipping. Insurance is strongly encouraged.

If required, all duties and taxes will be borne by the buyer for international delivery. Please check with your local Postal Carrier or Post Office for details.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Everything You Need to Know

We accept "So Talia" items only. All exchange request has to be made within 30 days of delivery.

Only items exchange in their original condition will be accepted (unused, packaging box and tag intact). Please contact us and send us a photo of your item with the item that you would like to exchange. Once confirmed, we will ship the new item for exchange. Please note that you will be charged for shipping of the exchange item and the cost of exchange items that exceeds the cost of purchased item. We will not refund the balance if the cost of item for exchange is less than the purchased item.


Custom Orders cannot be exchanged or returned.


Return and Refund is only available for defective items. Please take a photo of the defects and send it to us. We reserved to rights to determine if the product is fit for refund. Refund includes the product price. Shipping is not included. Refund will be proceeded once your returns are received and items in good condition.

REGARDING THE PRODUCTS

Please keep in mind that our products handcrafted and are subject to variations from piece to piece. Also, colours may be represented differently on your computer screen. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to purchase.

In our description, beads that resemble pearls will be described as "pearls" and glass beads which are cut into a crystal shape will be called "crystals". For "gold" or "silver" pieces, they refer to the colour of the hardware and should not be mistaken as solid gold or sterling silver, unless otherwise stated. Our Bespoke and Custom orders are, however, handcrafted with real freshwater pearls and swarovski crystals or rhinestones, unless requested by customer.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Always remove before showering or swimming. 

Wipe clean with soft cloth.

Please handle with care. Do not drop or forcefully bend your jewellery.

When unworn, store your jewellery in the packaging.

PACKAGING
All orders will come in a box/ dustbag for safe-keeping.
